Who we are

We are an independent insurance agency helping individuals, families, and self-employed business owners compare and enroll in health coverage.

This site is informational

Everything on this site is general information about insurance products and how they work. It is not a quote, not an offer of coverage, and not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Nothing here creates an agent-client relationship on its own, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for the actual policy documents.

Plan availability, pricing, networks, and benefits vary by state, by carrier, and by your own circumstances, and they change. Where this site describes a product generally, the terms of the specific plan you are offered control.

No guarantee of coverage or outcome

We cannot promise that you will qualify for any particular plan, that a plan will cost a particular amount, that a specific doctor or medication will be covered, or that a claim will be paid. Eligibility and pricing are determined by the insurance carrier, not by us. Some plans are medically underwritten, which means your health history affects whether you qualify and what you pay.

Provider directories and drug lists are maintained by the carriers. We check them for you, but they can be out of date and a provider can stop accepting a plan at any time. Confirm with your doctor's office before you rely on a plan for a specific provider.

Licensing

We can only transact insurance business in the states where we hold an active license. If you contact us from a state we are not licensed in, we will tell you and, where we can, point you somewhere that can help.

Booking a consultation

Booking a consultation through this site schedules a conversation. It does not apply for coverage, bind coverage, or obligate you to buy anything. We will not ask you to make a decision on that call.

Referrals

If you submit someone else's contact details through our referral form, you confirm that you have their permission to share those details and that they are expecting to hear from us. Please do not submit anyone who has not agreed to it. We remove anyone who tells us they did not want to be contacted, no questions asked.

We do not offer payment, gift cards, or any other consideration in exchange for referrals.

Contacting you

When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may use them to contact you about health coverage. How we handle that, and how you opt out, is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Using this site

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to interfere with it, access parts of it you haven't been given access to, scrape it, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful. We may suspend access if you do.

Third-party links and carriers

This site links to insurance carriers and other third-party sites. We don't control them and we aren't responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, except where they belong to the carriers or other third parties. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our obligations as a licensed insurance producer.

Governing law
